A new scripted drama series focusing on the tempestuous relationship between Mexican artists and cultural icons Frida Kahlo and her husband, painter Diego Rivera is currently in development at streaming giant Netlix. The untitled project will dramatize how their love affairs betrayals were shaped by political social atmosphere of time period according to Deadline reports released March 12th with Patricia Riggen Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan actress on board as executive producer alongside writer director and producer Gabriel Ripstein known for his work in Narcos series.
