Anil Agarwal's business conglomerate Vedanta Group has formally approached the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to challenge a prior nod by the National Company Law Treaty Board. This legal action targets Rajesh Kumar Jaisingh Adani and his group for their proposed acquisition of Jaypee Infrastructure Limited, formerly known as Jaiprakash Associates. The deal in question is valued at approximately ₹14530 crore (Rs 27 billion).
