Businessman Marian Koner appeared Monday at the Specialized Criminal Court of Pezinok to deny charges that he ordered a hit on journalist Ján Kučák and prosecutors Maroš Žilinka, Daniela Lišková, or others over time periods ranging from 2017-2018. During his testimony before Judge Róbert Šimko in the main session of Monday's trial Koner stated that he had never ordered any murder during all times since birth and denied ordering a hit on Kučák who was killed by an unidentified shooter at Jánovs' home 3 years ago, as well as other journalists.
