170 fish caught as 'King of the Sea', K-Seafood brand launched
On Wednesday morning in Seoul's Guro-gu district, authorities and local fishermen successfully captured approximately 158 to 169 "Kings" (Scomberomorus cavalla) within a single hour using specialized nets designed for this species of sea bass-like fish known as the 'King of the Sea'. The catch was immediately transported by refrigerated trucks from Guro-gu's fishing port, where it will be processed and distributed to restaurants across Korea.
