Tramways and bus lines suspended in Belgrade for nearly a month

The Secretariat of Public Transport announced that public transport routes will be altered or temporarily cancelled from March 9 to May 5 due to inspection and repair work at tram tracks across Mostu na Adi, with operations restricted between hours seven in evening until nine p.m., while some streets remain closed during the day. Specifically, bus route number seventy-one (7A) is suspended alongside three specific trams: lines seventeen-L1L9-30254 and 86B are affected by these roadworks on Antifascističke borbe Street near Đorđe Stanojević Avenue as well at other locations including the Novi Beograd complex station area. These changes impact daily commuters significantly since they must navigate around construction zones where left lanes will be occupied during working hours from seven in evening until nine p.m., according to official statements released today by local authorities responsible for urban mobility management across Serbia's capital city region covering Belgrade municipality boundaries including surrounding districts such as Novi Beograd and Vračar areas.
